We at COVID Community Care are looking for a passionate and thoughtful individual to be a core team member for our expansion in remote tutoring! Our ideal management coordinator is a passionate, high-spirited, and motivated person that wants to gain relevant experience in marketing, coordinating, and leadership. Among other duties, you will be responsible for helping to recruit virtual volunteers, to conduct outreach to medical workers in need, and to manage a team of volunteers. . This position is a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping a grassroots volunteer organization positively impact the medical community. *This is an unpaid, remote position*

In the wake of school and daycare closures, medical workers across the country are struggling to find affordable child care to keep their kids safe and tutoring to make sure they don’t fall behind in school. That’s where we come in. We’re a group of young community organizers dedicated to relieving the massive burden placed on the shoulders of healthcare workers by the pandemic and failed social policy. We provide free child care and virtual tutoring services to medical workers across the country and have saved medical workers hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process. But, we need more driven organizers to join our ever-expanding team!
